Transfers, Upgrades and Refunds:
All transfers, upgrades & refunds must be done with our support team. Please do not except any monies from anybody.
All ticket sale communication must be sent through to our team, we need to check that it is a legit person trying to sell the ticket and/or buy the ticket. Monies must be paid back to the supprt team, and we will pay out the original ticket holder once both parties has been approved.
R200 admin fee. Have copies for your ID handy.
